We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join a hypermarket team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.

- Provide skilled and courteous customer service.

- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

- Coordinate with cashiers, sales staff, and other departments.

- Maintain positive customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

- Support daily customer service operations.

- Follow company policies and service quality standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or customer relations is preferred.

- Hypermarket or retail experience is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

- Basic computer knowledge and problem-solving skills.

- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
