Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRE Executive to manage sales administration, CRM activities, enquiry allocation, sales funnel tracking, email management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly Odoo, along with good proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day sales administration and coordination activities.
- Manage and monitor the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups on enquiries.
- Monitor incoming enquiries, record them in the CRM, and assign them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage official emails and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track enquiry status, lead progress, and sales team performance.




- Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination between the sales team and management.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in sales administration, CRM operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Odoo.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Valuable knowledge of email marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and data management skills.
- Good email communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadline.

*Immediate joiners are preffered Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
