Job Title : CRE WORK FROM HOME
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Coordinate cake, sweet, and surprise delivery bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable suggestions.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the delivery team and outlets to ensure timely service.
- Maintain customer details, order records, and feedback.
- Support promotional activities and generate repeat business.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Qualification: Plus Two or any degree.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
