We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage rider relationships, address customer queries, improve customer satisfaction, and support the smooth functioning of our EV rental operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with riders and customers.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Support rider onboarding, documentation, KYC, and agreement processes.

- Explain rental plans, payment schedules, security deposits, and company policies to riders.

- Follow up on rental payments, pending dues, renewals, and agreement compliance.

- Coordinate with operations, service, and technical teams to resolve scooter-related issues.

- Maintain customer records, complaint logs, and follow-up reports.

- Proactively contact riders to improve customer retention and reduce cancellations.

- Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements in service quality.





- Ensure timely communication and a qualified customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer support, telecalling, or operations is desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and basic computer applications.

- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English is preferred.

- Experience in EV mobility, vehicle rental, logistics, or delivery operations will be an advantage.
