Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining holiday packages, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting customers throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain holiday packages, travel destinations, and related services.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain customer information, follow-up records, and enquiry status.
- Support lead conversion and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide post-booking support and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements




- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience can apply.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or Travel & Tourism is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
