In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong institutional relationships while ensuring smooth nursing operations across our network.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Build, nurture, and maintain robust professional relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partner hospitals.
- Nursing Operations: Oversee and manage daily nursing operations to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving operational challenges promptly.
- Travel & Coordination:



Travel to various locations across India to coordinate operations and strengthen client relations on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, or a relevant healthcare/nursing qualification.
- Languages (Mandatory): Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is strictly required to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and ready to travel extensively across India as per operational needs.
