- Strong experience in CCM (Customer Communications Management)
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing customer communication templates
- Experience working with dynamic content, data-driven communications, and document composition
- Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing communication workflows and templates
- Good understanding of document composition and output generation

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.




- Build and automate communication workflows using Inspire Automation.
- Develop personalized and data-driven customer communications.
- Modify, enhance, and maintain existing templates and communication assets.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand communication requirements.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CCM solutions.
- Ensure templates meet business, formatting, and communication standards.
