- Handle customer queries through phone calls and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Resolve customer complaints professionally.

- Maintain customer records and update information in company systems.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

- Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards.

- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
