We are seeking Customer Care Executive @ Magarpatta City . The candidate shall be working in Property Management Services.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Handling walk-in residents, calls and emails at PMS helpdesk.
2. Logging, tracking and timely closure of complaints in the Complaint Management System.
3. Coordination with other sections of the departments for complaints and its resolution
4. Maintaining skilled and courteous communication with residents. Looking for smart, problem solving, handling customers

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer service/ CRM / Front Office
3. Proficiency in Email communication and complaint handling software / MyGate App
4. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
5. Pleasant personality with customer – centric approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
