Customer Care and Sales Communications Executive

The role

You’ll be the voice of Studio Covers. You’ll look after customers after they buy and turn incoming leads into orders.

What you’ll do

- Respond quickly to current leads on WhatsApp, email, calls and Instagram
- Understand what each lead needs, share catalogues and quotes, and follow up until they decide
- Handle B2B enquiries from interior designers, hotels and corporate gifting buyers
- Reach out proactively to interior designers, architects, stylists and corporate gifting clients
- Support customers with order queries, returns and after-sales issues
- Coordinate with influencers
- Keep a simple lead tracker with status and next steps
- Pass hot leads and special requests to the team with clear notes

You should have

- 1+ year in sales, customer care or client relations
- Excellent written and spoken English, warm and professional
- Confidence following up persistently without being pushy
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Home décor, interiors, hospitality or luxury retail experience is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
