Position Title: Customer Advisor Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Remuneration: Best in Industry

Licensing Requirement: Valid Four-Wheeler (4W) Driving License Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Sales Consultation: Greet walk-in clients, understand their automotive requirements, provide detailed vehicle consultations, and guide them through suitable models and options.
- Vehicle Demonstrations & Doorstep Test Drives: Conduct comprehensive product walkarounds, explain key vehicle features, technology, and safety specifications, and coordinate both showroom and doorstep test drives for prospective buyers.
- Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Follow up on customer leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM software, manage sales pipeline updates, and convert inquiries into confirmed vehicle bookings.
- Financial & Exchange Guidance: Assist clients with initial price estimations, finance options, insurance packages, and facilitate vehicle exchange evaluations in coordination with evaluators.
- Delivery & Customer Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery process, deliver a smooth handover experience,



and conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with competitive market trends, current vehicle launches, promotional schemes, and sales offers.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream) or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or automotive sales (Enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Mandatory Skill: Must possess a valid, active Four-Wheeler Driving License.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused approach with persuasive negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles, automotive features, and technology.
- Proficient in using mobile apps, basic computers, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
