Accenture is seeking an experienced Python + AI-GenAI Engineer to join as a Custom Software Engineer. This role focuses on developing enterprise-grade GenAI applications, intelligent search solutions, Agentic AI workflows, and scalable data processing pipelines.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining AI-powered applications, building solutions leveraging LLMs and Natural Language Interfaces, and optimizing RAG, Text-to-SQL, and Semantic Search systems. The candidate will also design scalable data ingestion pipelines, integrate AI models with enterprise APIs, and monitor application performance.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 4 years of Python development and 2 years specifically in AI-GenAI-RAG and LLM application development.



Candidates must hold 15 years of full time education. Preferred skills include experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LlamaIndex, MCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
