Key Responsibilities

- Research curriculum requirements and align content with standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, NGSS, etc.).

- Write clear, engaging explanations of scientific concepts.

- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and experiments.

- Prepare assessment questions (MCQs, short/long answers, HOTS).

- Create storyboards for animations, videos, and interactive modules.

- Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and pedagogy.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and educators.

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (depending on focus area).

- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, age-appropriate language.

- Understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and Blooms taxonomy.

- Creativity for designing experiments, activities, and visuals.

- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs/Slides, or authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva).

- Good command of English (or other target language).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science or Education (B.Sc/M.Sc, B.Ed preferred).

- Experience in teaching or curriculum/content development is an advantage.

- Well-organized with the ability to produce high-quality work to tight deadlines
