About the Role:

We are looking for a Culture & Operations Partner who will work closely with the People & Culture team and business leaders to build a great employee experience while ensuring that people operations run smoothly. This role is a mix of Culture, Employee Experience, HR Operations, and Business Support — ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and cross-team communication.
2. Own employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
3. Embed Vutto’s values into everyday employee experiences and ways of working.
4. Own day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, records, and HRMS processes.
5. Manage seamless employee onboarding, transitions, and exit experiences.
6. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and people-related support.

Partner with managers on employee needs, feedback, performance, and people matters.
8. Identify recurring people and operational gaps and build easy, scalable solutions.
9. Coordinate with external HR, benefits, and service partners to ensure smooth execution.
10. Take end-to-end ownership of HR projects and cross-functional people initiatives.
11. Drive execution by coordinating with teams, managers, and vendors to close priorities on time.
12. Step in proactively on high-priority and ad-hoc people initiatives as the organisation grows.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, Culture, or a similar role.
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Someone who enjoys working closely with employees and managers.
4. Strong execution and follow-through: you don't just create plans; you get them done.
5. Comfortable working with HRMS, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic HR processes.
6. Good problem-solving mindset with an ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
