Job Summary The Cultural Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating cultural activities, student performances, rehearsals, competitions, and university events. The role ensures proper arrangements, discipline, and smooth execution of all cultural programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise cultural activities, rehearsals, performances, and competitions.
- Coordinate with students, faculty, cultural teams, and event coordinators.
- Monitor preparations for annual functions, festivals, concerts, and university celebrations.
- Ensure proper arrangements for stage, sound, lighting, costumes, and other event requirements.
- Manage student participation and maintain discipline during cultural activities.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and decoration teams for event execution.
- Ensure all activities are completed according to the event schedule.




- Maintain records of cultural activities, student participation, and event requirements.
- Identify and support student talent in music, dance, drama, and other cultural activities.
- Report event progress and operational issues to the concerned manager.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper utilization of cultural equipment and resources.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Performing Arts, Music, Dance, or Event Management will be preferred.
- 2 years of experience in cultural activities, event supervision, or event management.
- Experience in a university or educational institution will be an advantage.
