Research & Curation Executive / Specialist
Location: Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Research & Curation professional to support museum and heritage projects through historical research, content development, documentation and curation of exhibits and narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research on history, culture, heritage, art, crafts and regional subjects.
- Develop and curate content for museum galleries, exhibitions and interpretation spaces.
- Research and prepare artefact descriptions, timelines, narratives, captions and display content.
- Collect, verify and document information from archives, books, government records and credible sources.
- Develop engaging and accurate museum stories and visitor-facing content.
- Coordinate with historians, subject experts, designers, architects and project teams.
- Review and fact-check research material, scripts and exhibition content.
- Maintain proper documentation and references for research and curated material.
- Support development of exhibition themes, storylines and content flow.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in History, Archaeology, Museology, Cultural Studies, Heritage Studies, Anthropology or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in research, museum curation, heritage, exhibitions or cultural projects.
- Excellent research, writing, documentation and content-development skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Ability to interpret complex research and convert it into explicit, engaging visitor content.
- Knowledge of museum/exhibition practices and heritage documentation will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, fact-checking and source validation.
