Job Overview

MantraCare is looking for confident and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking with customers.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in international calling, BPO, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.
