JRole The Production Manager will have overall responsibility for the running and maintenance of the 250 TPH Puzzolana plant.

1. Responsible for efficient running and maintenance of the entire crushing plant - Jaw, Cone, VSI, Screens and Conveyors.
2. Provide effective leadership to the plant manpower, manage shifts, allocate duties and ensure discipline and productivity.
3. Ensure all statutory compliances, licenses, logbooks, and safety norms are properly maintained and followed.
4. Responsible for the quantitative and qualitative output of the plant - achieving targeted TPH, maintaining required gradation, shape and quality of Aggregates, M-Sand and P-Sand as per IS standards.

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 7 to 12 years of proven experience in Operation and Maintenance of Crusher Plant / M-Sand Plant
- Must have hands-on experience in Puzzolana plant operations
- Strong knowledge in VSI tuning, quality control and team management
