Internship- Trade Surveillance
Qualification
- Qualified Company Secretary or Pursuing CS Professional.
Duration
- 21 months
Location:
Mumbai (BKC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Trade Surveillance BAU activities and monitoring processes.
- Assist in reviewing surveillance alerts, trading exceptions, and unusual market activity.
- Support the team in managing regulatory and exchange-related queries.
- Ensure timely collation of information and closure of regulatory/exchange requests within prescribed timelines.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation for surveillance reviews and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and maintain audit-ready records.
Eligibility:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Interest in capital markets, compliance, and risk management.
