Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / CRM Sales Executive to join our team in Thudiyalur, Coimbatore.

The role involves contacting leads received through our CRM, understanding customer requirements, explaining our products/services, following up with interested customers, and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM.

Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new leads received through the CRM and understand their requirements.
- Communicate with customers over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
- Identify and qualify interested prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential customers.
- Update customer details, call status, and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Share qualified and interested leads with the Sales/BDE team.
- Maintain daily call records and reports.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and follow-up targets.




- Ensure timely and accurate updates of customer information.

Requirements
- 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
- Tamil communication skills are required for customer interaction.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Patient and consistent with customer follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and basic Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work with CRM software.
- Comfortable handling daily calling and follow-up targets.
