Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, handle customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.
- Maintain and update customer information, interaction history, and records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to address customer requirements.




- Track customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Monitor customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports as required.
- Follow up on leads, prospects, and existing customers, wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely communication with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
