CRM EXECUTIVE The Chennai Mobiles – Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams for customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer interaction records.
- Prepare basic CRM reports and follow-up updates.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
