Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage customer communication from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, Legal and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Track customer requests, complaints and service issues and ensure closure within timelines.
- Coordinate payment reminders, documentation and agreement-related activities.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, possession and other activities.




- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare CRM reports and MIS related to customer requests, collections and closures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate
- 14 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and CRM/ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in residential real estate CRM will be preferred.
