Role Description Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Credit Control Manager to manage credit control operations, optimize receivables, minimize credit risk, and ensure productive working capital management. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, experience in credit management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Monitor credit limits, outstanding dues, and collection performance to ensure timely recovery and achievement of working capital targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Dispatch teams to improve end-to-end order-to-cash cycle efficiency.





- Resolve customer disputes, payment deductions, and receivables-related issues in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and review accounts receivable ageing reports, customer exposure analysis, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) trends, and other relevant MIS reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), the Companies Act, GST laws, and relevant Indian Accounting Standards.

- Support statutory and internal audits and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Utilize ERP systems to monitor receivables, automate credit control processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage month-end closing activities, ensure timely closure of periodic books of accounts, and prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements along with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Monitor and streamline internal processes to ensure compliance with the Risk Assessment Control Matrix (RACM), Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CA (Inter), or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.

Experience

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and credit control/receivables management.

Preferred Industry

- Experience in the agrochemical industry will be an added advantage.
