? Hiring: Credentialing Executives – US Healthcare RCM

ACE FIDENTIAL HEALTHTECH SERVICES is a US Healthcare RCM company based in Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi, looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Credentialing Executive to join our growing team.

? Position: Credentialing Executive

Industry: US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Experience: 1+ year of relevant US Healthcare Credentialing experience

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Location: Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
- Complete and maintain provider applications with insurance companies and healthcare payers.
- Handle CAQH profile creation, maintenance, and re-attestation.
- Verify provider licenses, DEA, NPI, malpractice insurance, certifications, and other required documents.
- Follow up with insurance companies and payers regarding credentialing status and applications.
- Maintain accurate and updated credentialing records and documentation.
- Track expirations, renewals, and re-credentialing deadlines.
- Resolve credentialing-related discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers as required.
- Ensure compliance with payer and company requirements.

? Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM and payer processes.
- Knowledge of CAQH, NPI, Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers will be preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple providers/tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Candidates residing near Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in morning and night shifts, as per business requirements.
