CREDIT ANALYST DEBT SYNDICATION & CORPORATE FINANCE

Experience: 13 Years

Qualification: Any Degree; B.Com/Finance preferred

Company is looking for Credit Analysts with prior banking or NBFC credit experience to support credit appraisal, financial analysis and loan syndication activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flows.
- Conduct financial and ratio analysis.
- Analyse banking statements and repayment patterns.
- Review ITR, GST returns and other financial information.
- Calculate and assess DSCR, FOIR, LTV, leverage and other credit parameters.
- Review existing loans, liabilities and repayment obligations.
- Conduct credit bureau and borrower profile checks.
- Assess collateral and security offered by borrowers.
- Prepare CMA data/reports, project reports and credit appraisal notes.
- Prepare financial projections, cash-flow analysis and loan proposals.
- Assist in assessing the appropriate financing structure and lender.
- Coordinate directly with clients, banks and NBFCs.




- Respond to lender queries and coordinate additional documentation.
- Support the senior team throughout the credit appraisal, sanction and disbursement process.
- Maintain proper documentation and transaction records.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a bank or NBFC is mandatory.
- Experience as a Credit Analyst, Credit Officer, Credit Manager or similar role preferred.
- Good understanding of financial statements and credit appraisal.
- Practical experience in CMA preparation and financial analysis.
- Robust knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally and other accounting/financial software preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and bankers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned credit proposals.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing credit analysis and supporting the senior team in evaluating and executing financing transactions
