We are looking to hire a Credit Analyst for the SME Credit team. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, preparing detailed credit appraisal notes, and supporting risk assessment and portfolio monitoring for SME clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients
- Coordinate with business teams to finalize terms and conditions from a risk perspective
- Interact with clients to gather required financial and operational information
- Monitor accounts in line with sanction terms and highlight deviations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports
- Identify and escalate non-compliances along with recommended action plans
- Conduct site visits to client units and submit detailed inspection reports
- Manage and address escalations related to credit and risk assessments
Candidate Profile:
- 2–6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate segment)
- CA or MBA (Finance) preferred
- Robust analytical and credit assessment skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
