We are looking for an experienced Creative Team Lead / Creative Manager to lead our creative and digital content function across all company brands. The candidate will be responsible for creative ideation, content strategy, digital marketing campaigns, brand communication and overall creative execution, while managing a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Creators and Digital Marketing Executives.
- Develop creative concepts, campaigns and content strategies for all company brands.
- Drive creative direction and ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Plan and oversee social media, digital marketing and promotional content.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into effective creative ideas.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Management teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Monitor current digital, social media and creative trends and bring innovative ideas to the organization.




- Mentor the creative team and improve team productivity and quality of output.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Creative, Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Media or Content.
- Proven experience in team handling / creative team management.
- Strong skills in creative ideation, content creation, digital marketing and campaign strategy.
- Experience handling multiple brands is preferred.
- Solid understanding of social media, branding and digital content.
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively while also managing execution.
- Experience with design/video tools and AI-based creative tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently working as Creative Lead, Creative Manager, Creative Head, Digital Creative Lead or similar roles may be considered.

Job Location : VADAKARA Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
