About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director who can combine creative excellence with a strong understanding of salesand business outcomes. You will work closely with the Marketing, and Product teams to create compellingpitches, campaigns, demos, and customer-facing content that helps convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own the creative strategy and execution for initiatives. Develop compelling pitch decks, sales presentations, videos, demos, case studies, and marketing collateral. Create customised creative concepts and proposals for prospects.

Translate

TrueFan AI’s technology and product capabilities into simple, engaging business stories. Develop industry-specific use cases and creative campaigns for customers. Work closely with Sales to understand prospect requirements and create relevant solutions. Lead and mentor designers, video editors, copywriters, and other creative resources. Build scalable creative templates and sales enablement assets.



Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation. Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and AI-video capabilities. Track creative performance and use sales/customer feedback to improve content.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in Creative Direction, Advertising, Brand, Content, or Creative Marketing. Experience working with B2B/SaaS is preferred. Strong storytelling, conceptualisation, and visual communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling customer-facing narratives. Strong understanding of digital content, video, branding, and marketing. Experience managing creative teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, videos, branding, or sales collateral. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Mid journey, Canva AI, or similar tools is a plus.
