About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director / Executive Producer – AI & VFX who sits at the intersection of filmmaking, visual storytelling, AI and VFX .

This is a senior creative-production role for someone who combines strong cinematic and visual judgement with practical, hands-on experience using generative AI and traditional VFX workflows. The ideal candidate should be able to take a project from concept and storyboard through AI generation, VFX, compositing, editing and final cinematic delivery .

The role will work closely with our creative and production leadership, including Prashant , while also being capable of independently leading the function and projects in the interim.

You will play a key role in building and evolving Eros’ AI-native creative production pipeline , bringing together traditional filmmaking, generative AI, VFX, CG and emerging production technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative development and execution of AI and VFX-driven content from concept through final delivery.
- Translate creative concepts, scripts and storyboards into compelling visual outputs.
- Develop and execute workflows combining generative AI, traditional VFX, CG, compositing, animation, virtual production and conventional filmmaking .
- Work hands-on with generative AI tools for image, video and voice generation , selecting the right tools and workflows for each project.
- Provide strong creative and visual direction across AI-generated and VFX content, ensuring cinematic quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, writers, editors, VFX artists, AI engineers and creative technologists.
- Build workflows that integrate AI and VFX into the creative process from the outset rather than treating them purely as post-production functions.




- Oversee the complete creative pipeline from concept → storyboard → generation → VFX/CG → edit → colour/sound → final cinematic output .
- Establish creative standards, workflows and quality-control processes for AI-generated content.
- Build, manage and mentor an internal AI creative/VFX team .
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI tools, technologies and techniques that can improve creative output and production efficiency.
- Develop repeatable and scalable AI-native production pipelines for Eros’ content and entertainment projects.
- Work with production teams to determine the most effective combination of live action, AI, VFX and virtual production for each project.
- Review creative outputs and provide hands-on feedback to ensure visual consistency, storytelling quality and technical excellence.
- Manage external VFX studios, artists, freelancers and technology partners where required.
- Stay current with developments in generative AI, VFX, CG, virtual production and emerging filmmaking technologies.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in VFX, CG, animation, filmmaking, creative technology or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating finished cinematic work , preferably across film, premium content, advertising, music videos or other high-quality visual media.
- Significant recent, hands-on experience with generative AI for image, video and/or voice .
- Robust understanding of traditional VFX, CG, compositing, animation and cinematic production workflows .




- Excellent creative and visual judgement with a strong understanding of storytelling, composition, cinematography and visual language.
- Proven ability to take an idea from concept/storyboard to finished visual output .
- Strong hands-on understanding of AI creative tools and the ability to experiment with and develop new workflows.
- Experience working with directors, producers, VFX artists, editors and multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with production timelines, technical constraints and budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage creative teams.
- Curious, experimental and adaptable, with a genuine interest in emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
