Creative Designer & Social Media Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

PR Learning Academy & NPI is looking for a Creative Designer & Social Media Executive who can manage both our creative design requirements and social media presence.

We are looking for someone who is not just a designer, but someone who can think of content ideas, create designs, edit Reels and manage social media from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Create professional social media posts, carousels and Stories.
- Design posters, flyers, brochures, banners and advertisements.
- Create Reels and short-form promotional videos.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Write captions, hooks and basic social media copy.
- Research social media trends and create relevant content.
- Cover academy events through photos/videos.
- Create admission and course promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Suggest new creative and marketing ideas.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design / social media / digital content.
- Strong Canva skills.




- Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma knowledge preferred.
- CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar video-editing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and Reels.
- Good visual sense and creativity.
- Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio of previous work.

- Education / coaching / academy marketing
- Digital marketing
- Reels & short-form video
- Photography / videography
- Meta Business Suite
- AI creative tools

will be preferred.

This is a hybrid Creative + Social Media role.
