We’re Hiring: Creative & UGC Lead — Co-Founder / Partner

Company Description SocialTribe.co is a digital marketing agency dedicated to closing the gap between marketing intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The team builds strategies that blend creativity with measurable performance, helping brands grow across social and digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone who can build, own and scale our Creative + UGC vertical — not just make things look good and call it a day.

This is a Co-Founder / Partner-level opportunity , so we’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, building things from scratch, working with clients and figuring things out without needing a 12-step approval process.

What we’re looking for:





- 5+ years of experience in Video Editing
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- 3+ years of experience in UGC
- Agency experience is mandatory
- Experience working with D2C brands is mandatory
- Strong experience writing UGC scripts and developing concepts
- Experience building UGC workflows, processes and templates
- Understanding of performance-driven creative
- Comfortable working directly with clients and leading creative projects

Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA + Incentives Basically, if you can go from “here’s the brief” → “here’s the idea” → “here’s the content” → “let’s see if it actually works” , we’d love to talk.
