Job Title: Creative AI & Digital Operations Executive

Work mode: Full time, work from office. All interviews will be conducted in person at our Gurugram office.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised professional who can use AI tools to produce engaging presentations, videos, graphics and business content while supporting everyday office operations. The ideal candidate combines a strong design sense with practical AI knowledge and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional presentations, pitch decks, videos, graphics and marketing content using Canva, Gamma, Gemini, Nano Banana, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Claude and ChatGPT.
- Use AI tools to assist with invoices, company forms, reports, proposals and documentation. Check all content, figures and details for accuracy before submission.
- Support tender documentation, online submissions, office coordination and other administrative tasks while maintaining organised records and meeting deadlines.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- An academic background in Science, Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science is mandatory, with approximately one year of relevant practical experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of the listed AI and creative tools, including prompting, image generation, video creation, presentation design and content editing.
- Good written communication, basic Excel and document formatting skills, accuracy with data, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Added Advantage Experience preparing invoices, completing company forms, handling tender portals or supporting business administration will be an advantage. Candidates should be ready to demonstrate examples of presentations, videos, graphics or other work created using AI tools.

Candidates must be available to work from our Cyber City, Gurugram office six days a week and attend an in-person interview.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
