- Handle vehicle insurance-related enquiries and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers for new insurance policies and renewals.
- Generate insurance leads from new and existing customers.
- Explain insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and renewal options.
- Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and policy conversions.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy processing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and insurance records in DMS/CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments for insurance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of insurance-related documentation.
- Achieve monthly insurance targets and contribute to dealership performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
