We are seeking a UI/UX Head / UI/UX Manager with strong experience in a creative/digital agency environment to lead UI/UX design across our digital products and client projects. You will lead and mentor the design team while working closely with clients, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and business teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team across multiple projects and clients

- Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision, design standards, and creative direction

- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business and user requirements

- Lead the design process from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes through final UI and development handoff

- Review designs and ensure consistency, usability, visual quality, and accessibility

- Create and maintain UI guidelines, design systems, and reusable design patterns

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to deliver designs within timelines

- Present design concepts and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders

- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and design deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX,



interaction design, and digital design trends

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field

- 9+ years of experience in UI/UX or digital design, with strong experience in a creative/digital/design agency

- Experience leading and managing UI/UX designers across multiple projects and clients

- Strong portfolio demonstrating web, mobile, and digital product design

- Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design

- Proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX and prototyping tools

- Experience working with clients and presenting design concepts and solutions

- Ability to translate client/business requirements into simple and effective user experiences

- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for design and continuously improving digital experiences

- Experience in automotive, SaaS, CRM, web platforms, or other digital/technology domains would be an advantage
