We are looking for a Creative Story Producer who can develop engaging documentary narratives, create visual storyboards, and collaborate with research, writing, and editing teams to produce high-quality long-form documentaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Story Development: Transform complex research materials and real-life events into well-structured, engaging documentary narratives.
- Visual Storyboarding: Create scene-by-scene storyboards, visual sequences, and creative treatments to guide production and editing.
- Content & Footage Analysis: Analyze research documents, interviews, raw footage, and other source materials to identify key events and impactful moments.
- Audience Retention: Develop strong hooks, suspenseful sequences, engaging transitions, and narrative reveals to maintain viewer interest.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with researchers, scriptwriters,



and video editors to ensure storytelling consistency, clarity, and visual impact.
- Quality & Accuracy: Ensure factual accuracy, logical sequencing, and effective pacing throughout the documentary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in storytelling, documentary production, creative producing, filmmaking, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, suspense, and audience engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify compelling stories from complex research materials.
- Solid visual thinking and storyboarding abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of YouTube audience retention and post-production workflows.
- Familiarity with storyboarding, visual references, and documentary production processes.
