Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Service Point (CSP) to handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide service support, maintain records, and assist customers with various service-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their queries, requests, and service requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding available products and services.
- Assist customers with forms, applications, documentation, and other service processes.
- Handle customer transactions and maintain proper records as per company guidelines.
- Verify customer documents and information wherever required.
- Maintain daily registers, transaction records, and other operational documents.
- Coordinate with the concerned department for resolving customer issues.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documents.
- Ensure smooth functioning and cleanliness of the Customer Service Point.




- Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Support the team in achieving customer service and operational targets.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with relevant customer service, banking, retail, or front-office experience will be preferred.
