Job Summary The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers visiting our showroom, explaining product features and pricing, generating sales, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about our products and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their product requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available options to customers.
- Recommend suitable interior products based on customer preferences, needs, and budget.
- Generate sales by effectively presenting products and converting customer inquiries into purchases.
- Follow up with prospective customers to address queries and encourage purchase decisions.
- Maintain basic sales records, customer inquiries, and order-related information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep the showroom organized and ensure products are presented professionally.
- Learn about new products, pricing updates, and sales techniques through training.





Requirements And Qualifications

- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and basic sales skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic numerical skills to understand pricing and assist customers.
- Interest in sales, retail, or interior products is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counter sales, retail sales, or showroom sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary And Benefits

- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000, depending on skills and experience.
