Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, people-oriented Counsellor / Executive to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right IT courses and career paths, and to convert enquiries into admissions. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries

- Counsel students and parents about IT courses, career options, and placements

- Understand each candidate's background and goals, and recommend suitable courses

- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

- Conduct demo sessions and institute or campus visits

- Maintain lead and enrollment records in CRM or Excel

- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets

- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (BCA/BBA/MBA/B.Tech preferred)

- 1 to 3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, recruitment, HR,



or tele-calling

- Freshers with relevant internship experience can also apply

- Counselling or recruitment background is preferred

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

- Good persuasion, listening, and follow-up skills

- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets

- Basic knowledge of IT courses and careers is a plus
