Cost & Estimation Engineer – Interior Design & Build / Tendering

Experience: 2–5 years

Industry: Interior Design & Build / Corporate Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and quotations for interior projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope of work.
- Prepare and submit tender/commercial proposals within deadlines.
- Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations for materials and works.
- Coordinate with the Design, Projects, Procurement and Sales teams for project requirements.
- Analyse material, labour and installation costs and ensure accurate pricing.
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions and commercial risks in tender documents.
- Prepare rate analysis and detailed costing for flooring, ceilings, partitions,



furniture and other interior works.
- Maintain estimation and tender records and support cost negotiations.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD and estimation/tendering tools.
- Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis and vendor costing.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tenders with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
