Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver training programs that improve employees' skills, knowledge, productivity, and overall performance. The trainer will work closely with management and department heads to identify training requirements and develop effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs, workshops, seminars, and employee development sessions.
- Identify training and development needs through discussions, performance reviews, and skill-gap analysis.
- Design and develop training materials, presentations, activities, and learning resources.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using interactive and practical learning methods.
- Conduct soft skills, communication, leadership, sales, customer service, and behavioral training as required.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and employee development records.
- Coordinate with HR and department managers to understand business and employee training requirements.
- Customize training programs according to different employee levels and business needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support continuous professional development.
- Stay updated with current training methodologies, industry trends, and learning technologies.
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Development, L&D;, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 40,000 per month

Location: Baner, Pune

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: 6 Days
