Role Description The Corporate Security Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for safeguarding company premises, assets, and personnel. The role involves monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and overseeing security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and visitor management.

The Corporate Security

Officer will assess and respond to security incidents, maintain incident and activity logs, and support emergency response procedures. This position collaborates with management and client representatives to implement security policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and support risk assessments.



The role also includes coordinating with local law enforcement when required, training onsite staff on security protocols, and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen overall security operations.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of corporate security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, communication devices, and visitor management tools.
- Sound understanding of emergency procedures, crisis management, and coordination with local authorities and first responders.
- Excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, employees, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility toward confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.
- Prior experience in corporate or industrial security; experience with large facilities or multi-site operations is an advantage.

- Relevant security training or certifications; background in law enforcement, military, or security management is preferred.

- Physical fitness adequate for patrolling, responding to incidents, and performing security duties over extended shifts.
