Paralegal (Commercial Contracts) | Contract | Remote

Elevate has partnered with a global technology business to appoint a Paralegal to join its Legal team on an initial 2-3 month contract. This role will provide essential support across contract administration and legal documentation activities, assisting with a high volume of commercial agreements and legal requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and populate standard commercial agreements using approved templates.
- Draft contract amendments, variations and other ancillary documents based on existing precedents.
- Prepare termination and closure documentation using standard templates.
- Support the end-to-end administration of commercial contracts.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for contract preparation.
- Assist with legal operations, document management and contract tracking activities.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with internal policies and processes.

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
- 1-4 years' experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Legal Associate, Contract Specialist or Contracts Administrator.
- Experience supporting commercial contracting processes and legal documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting an in-house legal team is preferred.
- Prior exposure to technology, SaaS or commercial organisations will be advantageous.
