About the Role:

We’re looking for a Copywriter to join Ronin Labs’ creative team and work closely with the Creative Lead on Meta-first content, social campaigns, and brand storytelling .

This role is for someone who can think beyond just writing copy — someone who can crack ideas, build narratives, write sharp hooks, and understand how copy and visuals come together to create strong digital content.

You’ll work closely with designers, art partners, and the wider creative team to develop concepts, scripts, campaigns, and content across formats. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a brief, pushing ideas forward, and presenting your thinking when required.

What You’ll Do:

- Write copy for Reels, short-form videos, Meta-first scripts, and social content
- Develop hooks, concepts, on-screen text, VO scripts, captions, and long-form copy as required
- Lead and contribute to creative ideation for social media content and brand campaigns
- Translate briefs and brand requirements into clear, engaging, and idea-led copy
- Work closely with designers and art partners to build visually strong creative concepts
- Develop narratives and creative directions from the initial idea through to final execution
- Understand how copy, visual language, editing, and storytelling work together across digital formats
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator formats, emerging storytelling styles, and audience behaviour, and bring relevant trends into brand content
- Review, refine, and copy-check creative outputs before delivery
- Ensure consistency in grammar, tone of voice, messaging, and brand communication
- Support the Creative Lead in shaping campaign narratives and content strategies
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure copy is delivered within timelines
- Present and articulate creative ideas and copy rationale to internal teams and clients when required




- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to take ideas from concept to execution

What We’re Looking For:

- 4–5 years of experience as a Copywriter in a creative agency, advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house creative team
- Preferably a Master’s degree holder in media, advertising, communications, journalism, literature, or a related field
- Strong command over written and spoken English
- Solid ability to write both short-form digital copy and longer, structured content
- Clear understanding of social media platforms, especially Meta
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, content formats, and audience behaviour
- Ability to develop strong concepts, hooks, narratives, and campaign ideas
- Active trend listening across social platforms, with the ability to identify emerging formats and translate them into brand-relevant ideas
- Comfortable collaborating closely with designers, art partners, and creative teams
- Sharp eye for detail — grammar, tone, consistency, and polish matter
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Ability to explain and defend creative thinking clearly and confidently
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Curious, proactive, adaptable, and eager to experiment with new formats and ways of storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment with multiple projects and timelines
