1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to develop compelling, engaging, and persuasive content for advertising campaigns, digital platforms, brand communication, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of brand voice, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful content that engages the target audience.
1. Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop creative and persuasive copy for advertising campaigns, social media posts, websites, blogs, brochures, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create catchy headlines, taglines, slogans, captions, and brand messaging.
- Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines to develop relevant content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, art directors, digital marketers, and other creative team members to execute campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor communication, audience preferences, and relevant topics to generate fresh content ideas.
- Write and edit content for digital marketing campaigns, print advertisements, event promotions, and corporate communication.
- Proofread and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammatical correctness, and adherence to brand tone.
- Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches for advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams and make revisions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all content is original, audience-focused, and aligned with campaign objectives.




- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

1. Required Skills and Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and storytelling.
- Ability to write explicit, creative, and persuasive copy for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and conceptualisation skills.
- Understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective content.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and other content-writing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO content writing and social media trends is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted writing tools and content optimisation techniques is an added advantage.

1. Educational Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, advertising, content creation, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous copywriting projects, advertising campaigns, and creative content is required.

- Quality, originality, and creativity of content delivered.
- Timely completion of assigned copywriting projects.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and client briefs.
- Number of revisions required and accuracy of final content.
- Effectiveness of content in supporting campaign engagement and marketing objectives.
- Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
