Manage day-to-day sheet metal fabrication activities including laser cutting, shearing, punching, bending, welding, grinding, and assembly.Ensure production output meets quality and delivery requirements.Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs.Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for defects.Control material consumption and minimize scrap generation.Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, procurement, and assembly teams.Maintain production records, daily MIS, and productivity reports.Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS guidelines.Supervise operators and technicians and provide skill development training.
