Role Description The Copy Writer will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive written content to support Sivanta’s event promotions, brand communication, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include writing copy for event brochures, social media posts, websites, press releases, email campaigns, and promotional materials, as well as refining messaging for client pitches and internal documents.

The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing, design,



and event management teams to understand event concepts and transform them into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.

The Copy

Writer will also review and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Proofreading skills, with the ability to produce explicit, error-free, and audience-focused content.
- Experience in Press Releases and Marketing copy, including campaign messaging and promotional materials.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, marketing, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms, including content creation for online channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt writing style to different event types and brands.
- Prior experience in event management, media, advertising, or entertainment industries is an advantage.
