Role OverviewThe Alumni Coordinator acts as the primary bridge between the institution and its graduates. The role focuses on maintaining accurate contact databases, organizing reunion events, sharing institutional updates, and leveraging the alumni network for student mentorship, job placements, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Database & Record Management: Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive digital database of alumni contact details, employment history, and engagement metrics.
- Communication & Outreach: Regularly communicate with graduates via newsletters, emails, social media groups (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), and direct outreach.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate alumni reunions,



homecomings, networking mixers, career panels, and virtual/in-person get-togethers.
- Student & Career Support: Connect current students with alumni for mentorship, internships, guest lectures, and post-graduation job placements.
- Advancement & Engagement: Support institutional initiatives, feedback collection, and alumni giving or volunteer ambassador programs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions, career services, and marketing teams to highlight alumni success stories.
