Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef specializing in both North Indian and South Indian cuisines. The candidate should have good cooking skills, knowledge of food preparation, and the ability to maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of North Indian and South Indian dishes.

- Handle food preparation, cooking, and presentation as per company standards.

- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

- Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, and food wastage.

- Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.

- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills





- Positive knowledge of North Indian and South Indian cuisine.

- Expertise in vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparation.

- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

- Ability to manage kitchen tasks efficiently.

- Teamwork and time-management skills.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 1–5 years in a similar role.

- Qualification: Relevant culinary training or practical cooking experience preferred.

- Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
