About the RoleEchelon Apparels Private Limited is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook specialising in healthy, fresh, and nutritious food preparation.

The ideal candidate should have experience preparing café-style meals, healthy bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies, with a strong focus on taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of healthy and nutritious meals, including:
- Açaí Bowls – Fresh fruit and superfood-based bowls.
- Yogurt Bowls – Greek yogurt, granola, fruits, and healthy toppings.
- Salad Bowls – Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- Wraps – Healthy vegetarian and non-vegetarian wraps.
- Sandwiches – Freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian sandwiches.
- Fruit Smoothie Bowls – Blended fruit bowls with creative toppings.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene.
- Manage daily food preparation and ingredient requirements.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and minimise food wastage.




- Assist in developing new healthy recipes and menu variations.
- Maintain an organised and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook, Café Chef, Commis Chef, or Healthy Food Chef.
- Knowledge of preparing healthy meals, smoothies, salads, wraps, and sandwiches.
- Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Valuable understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Creativity in food presentation and plating.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
- Passion for healthy food and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
